3DFC | The rebuild Prepared for Dougie Joyce

Your fight night.
All in one place.

A brand new 3DFC website where fans buy tickets, pay for the stream, watch the fight, follow the card and relive every event. All under your name, all paying into your account.

Right now, your fans leave to pay

Tickets are sold on one website. The stream is paid for on another. At the exact moment a fan is about to spend money, they leave 3DFC. The new site keeps them.

Now

  • Tickets bought on a separate ticket site
  • Stream paid for on a separate streaming site
  • Someone else sits in the middle of your sales
  • Buyers' details stay with those sites
  • Old events sit on a page doing nothing

New

  • Tickets bought on 3dfightclubofficial.com
  • Stream paid for and watched on 3dfightclubofficial.com
  • Payments go straight to your Square account
  • Every fighter gets their own ticket link, every sale counted to them
  • Every buyer becomes your list for the next event
  • Old events earn money as paid replays

Already built. Here it is.

These are working pieces of the real site, not drawings. Tap them. Fighter photos, footage and records go in once they come over.

The homepage runs itself

Before an event is announced it becomes a teaser that collects fans' emails. Once the card is out it shows a countdown and tickets. On fight night it goes live. Nobody has to redesign anything between events.

Every first visit opens with the 3DFC logo forged together on screen. Scroll to the top and refresh to see it again.

Tickets, sold by you

Fighters sell tickets. You see every one.

Every fighter gets their own ticket link to put in their bio and send to everyone coming to watch them. Anyone who turns up on the site without a link picks who they are there to support, so no sale gets lost.

Each fighter logs in with a PIN and sees exactly how many tickets they have sold, and what kind: standing, VIP, VVIP, ringside tables. They only see their own. You see everyone, top seller first.

Switch between the fighter's view and yours on the phone. No more arguments about who sold what, because every ticket is on record.

Score the round

Fight night, live on the site

The site shows who is in the ring right now and who walks next, updated from a phone in one tap. Fans at the venue and fans at home both know exactly where the card is up to.

Then every fan scores the round from their phone and sees what the whole crowd thought. It keeps people on your site all night.

Score the round on the phone to try it. Crowd numbers here are for the demo.

Fighters, rankings and callouts

Every fighter gets a profile. Fans pick any two and compare them head to head. Every weight has its own rankings, with bare knuckle and gloved kept separate.

Fighters can call each other out on the site and fans vote on the fight they want. The most wanted fight is right there for you when you are making the next card.

Everything else on the site

The Vault

Every 3DFC event from the first one, with cards, results and replays fans pay to watch. Old fights keep earning.

Pub and club licence

Venues showing the fight pay for a proper licence instead of a single pass. A new way to earn from every event.

Sponsorship

Three levels, including a cheap one where a local business backs a single fighter's walkout. More sponsors, smaller asks.

Partner ad slots

Joyce's Irish Whiskey and your security partner both get their own ad spots, styled like a TV sponsor break.

Fighter applications

Anyone wanting a fight fills in a form with their weight, record and footage. No more digging through DMs.

Built for phones

Most fans are on their phone. Every page is built for a phone first, then scaled up.

3 to 5 weeks

Each stage ends with something you can open on your phone and check.

Most of the time goes into wiring it all together and testing it. Payments have to land in your account every time. Tickets have to arrive and scan on the door once, and only once. Every ticket a fighter sells has to be counted to them, in the right ticket type. The stream has to hold up and only let in people who paid.

All of that gets tested, including a full practice fight night, before anything goes live. A ticket that does not scan or a stream that drops on fight night is worse than no site at all.

  2. Week 1Design, homepage, fighters and the archive. Your photos and footage go in.£150 when the design and pages are ready to see
  3. Week 2Tickets, table map, Square payments, ticket emails and the door scanner. Tested with test payments.£150 when tickets and payments work in testing
  4. Week 3Every fighter's ticket link and sales counter, tested so each sale lands with the right fighter.£150 when fighter links and counts work
  5. Week 3Livestream and pay per view moved onto the site. Practice broadcast with your camera crew.£150 when the practice broadcast works
  6. Week 4Live card tracker, crowd scorecard, rankings and callouts.£150 when the fight night tools are done
  7. Week 5Tested on different phones, a full practice fight night, then the switch over.£150 at launch
The build
£1,000

£100 to start, then six payments of £150. You only pay each £150 once you have seen that stage done.

Each fight night
£200

Jordan runs the website side live on the night. Keeps the card tracker updated, watches the stream and the door scanning, fixes anything that comes up, and puts the results and replay up afterwards.

Upkeep, from launch
£20a month

Keeps the site running, security updates and small fixes. With the £30 you already pay for the Joyce's Whiskey site, that is £50 a month for both.

Running costs are small and go up and down with sales: Square takes its standard card fee on each sale, and the stream is paid to Cloudflare by how much gets watched. Exact figures before the first event goes on sale. Your camera crew is not included and does not change, they just send the feed to the new site.

What you keep

  • Your domain. 3dfightclubofficial.com stays yours.
  • Your money. Every sale goes into your Square account.
  • Your fans. Every buyer's email is yours for the next event.
  • Your numbers. Every ticket, which fighter sold it and what type.

What I need from you

  • Photos from past events and of the fighters
  • Fight footage from 3DFC 1 to 5
  • Fight records and results
  • The login for the current streaming service
  • Access to the domain settings
  • 3DFC 6 date and venue once it is set
